JK’S Traders started with something simple: one biscuit and one goal — make something good enough that people would come back for more.
As demand grew, so did we. What began with freshly baked biscuits soon became large-scale production and supply to multiple coffee shops.

Case Study
When the Kirkcaldy family took ownership of Old Farm KWIKSPAR, JK’S Traders had the opportunity to put its full operational approach into practice.
We stepped beyond the role of supplier and took responsibility for strengthening the store’s specialised service departments.
Through better systems, dedicated leadership, stronger teams and consistent standards, the departments were transformed from the ground up.
In the first year of this transformation, Old Farm KWIKSPAR was awarded Best KWIKSPAR in North Rand — an award the store had not won in a decade.
The systems and standards introduced across the store have since helped put Old Farm in the running for National KWIKSPAR of the Year.
